This standard specifies the procedures, content, methods and requirements for accounting of pollution sources in the textile printing and dyeing industry. This standard is applicable to the source intensity calculation of pollution sources of new (renovation, expansion) projects and existing project pollution sources in the textile printing and dyeing industry. This standard is applicable to the source intensity accounting for normal and abnormal emissions in the textile printing and dyeing industry. It is not applicable to the source intensity accounting for sudden leaks, fires, explosions and other accidents. This standard is applicable to the accounting of the pollution sources of wastewater, waste gas, noise and solid waste in the textile printing and dyeing production process. The source intensity of boilers and other pollution sources that implement GB13223 will be calculated in accordance with HJ888; the source intensity of boilers and other pollution sources that implement GB13271 will be calculated in accordance with HJ991.
