Scope

This standard specifies test methods for metallic elements (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, lead, cadmium, nickel, cobalt, manganese, chromium, aluminum and iron) in ultrapure water. Remarks 1: This method is also generally applicable to the testing of metal elements contained in highly analytical water other than ultrapure water. 2: The units in {} in this standard are metric, and the values are approximate.
