- This standard applies to chlorinated polyvinyl chloride pipes used for transporting hot and cold water and general fluids, hereinafter referred to as CPVC pipes. Remarks 1. This standard applies to pipes of Sch 40, Sch 80, SDR-11, 13.5 and B (W) (please refer to Appendix 1) specifications. 2. The units and values within {} in this standard are in imperial system.
