- This standard applies to gravity flow piping systems, mechanically made glass fiber pipes (hereinafter referred to as GFRP pipes) used to transport sewer sewage, rainwater and some industrial wastewater. Remarks 1. Glass fiber reinforced thermosetting resin pipe (RTRP) and glass fiber reinforced plastic mortar pipe (RPMP) are both fiberglass pipes. This standard can be applied to pipelines buried underground, or widely used in other ranges of pipeline installation.
