Scope

This standard specifies the test method for determining the apparent opening diameter of geotextile fabrics. Remarks: 1. This test method is a test method that uses small glass beads to screen and analyze geotextiles to determine their apparent opening size (AOS). 2. This test method is not applicable to needle-rolled nonwovens and related products with large opening diameters.
