Scope

This standard is applicable to disposable masks (hereinafter referred to as masks) that are provided to the wearer for re-inhalation and use after purifying the air containing granular dust and low vapor pressure organic vapor in the working environment. However, it does not apply to CNS 6637 [dust mask] and CNS 6636 [gas mask] with replaceable parts and filter materials.
