Scope
This standard specifies a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of trimethoprim, trimethoprim and trimethoprim in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of trimethoprim, trimethoprim and trimethoprim in compound feeds, concentrated feeds and additive premixed feeds. The detection limit of this standard is 0.02 mg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 0.04 mg/kg.
