Scope
This standard specifies the specific qualitative PCR detection method for transgenic insect-resistant and herbicide-tolerant maize double-resistant 12-5 transformants. This standard is applicable to the qualitative PCR detection of the transgenic insect-resistant and herbicide-resistant corn double-antibodies 12-5 and its derivative varieties, as well as the double-antibodies 12-5 transformant components in products.
