- This standard specifies a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of colistin sulfate content in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of colistin sulfate content in compound feed, concentrated feed, and additive premixed feed. The detection limit of colistin sulfate in this method is 0.01 mg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 0.03 mg/kg.
