Scope

This standard specifies a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of carboxygen, mesoquine, quinocelenone and lalaquinol in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of carboxylate, methaquine, quinocelenone and olaquinol in compound feeds, concentrated feeds, concentrate supplements and additive premixed feeds. The detection limits of the four drugs tested by this method are all 0.06 mg/kg in compound feeds and concentrated feeds, and the quantitation limits are all 0.20 mg/kg; the detection limits in concentrate supplements and additive premixed feeds are all 0.15 mg/kg. , the limit of quantitation is 0.40 mg/kg.
