- This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of chlormadinone acetate content in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of chlormadinone acetate content in compound feeds, concentrated feeds, additive premixed feeds, and concentrate supplements. The detection limit of this method is 0.1 mg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 0.2 mg/kg.
