Scope

This voluntary specification establishes minimum performance requirements for self adhering flashing surrounding exterior wall fenestration products. It also provides a method to determine the minimum width of the flashing products and to evaluate the influence of the environmental factors on the installation of self adhering flashing products applied under typical field conditions.
