Scope
This section specifies the method for the determination of lead content in high manganese aluminum bronze ZCuA18Mn14Fe3Ni2, ZCuA18Mn12Fe3Ni2 and ZCuA18Mn13Fe3Ni2 materials for propellers using dithizone extraction spectrophotometry and flame-atomic absorption spectrometry. This section applies to the determination of lead content in high manganese aluminum bronze ZCuA18Mn14Fe3Ni2, ZCuA18Mn12Fe3Ni2 and ZCuA18Mn13Fe3Ni2 materials for propellers. The measurement range of dithizone extraction spectrophotometry is 0.010%~0.040%; the measurement range of flame-atomic absorption spectrometry is 0.0015%~5.00%.
