Scope

This standard specifies methods for testing the resistance of genetically modified insect-resistant cotton to the target pest, bollworm. This standard is applicable to the bioassay of insect resistance of transgenic insect-resistant cotton to the target pest, bollworm, bioassay of resistance stability and homozygosity, and field testing of insect resistance efficiency.
