Scope

This specification specifies the selection of petrochemical pipeline materials, selection requirements and calculation methods for pipeline components. This specification is applicable to the selection of pipeline components in petrochemical plants whose nominal pressure is not greater than PN 420 (CL2500) and whose design temperature does not exceed the allowable temperature range of the material. This specification does not apply to non-metallic pipes.
