This standard is formulated in order to strengthen the construction quality management of rail transit projects, unify the acceptance of construction quality of roadbed projects, and ensure project quality. This standard is applicable to the acceptance of construction quality of new and reconstructed rail transit subgrade projects. For new technologies, new processes, new equipment, and new materials not covered by this standard, separate supplementary standards should be formulated for the acceptance of construction quality.
