Scope
This standard specifies the sample preparation and high-performance liquid chromatography detection methods for the content of four nitrofuran drugs in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of single or multiple drug contents of nitrofuracillin, nitrofurantoin, furatadone and furazolidone in compound feeds, concentrated feeds and additive premixed feeds. The detection limit of this standard: Furacillin, nitrofurantoin, furatadone and furazolidone in feed are all 0.3 mg/kg. The limit of quantification of this standard: 1.0 mg/kg for nitrofuracillin, nitrofurantoin, furatadone and furazolidone in feed.
