- Scope
- This part EN 1993 gives design methods for the design of joints subject to predominantly static loading using steel grades S235,S275, S355,S420,S450 and S460. provides basic design rules for the structural design of unstiffened and stiffened plated which form part of plated structures such as silos, tanks or containers, that are loaded by out of plane actions.It is intended to be used in conjuction with EN 1993-1-1 and the relevant application atandards.
