This construction standard is a national unified standard that serves project decision-making and controls construction levels. It is an important basis for reviewing urban water supply project projects; it is also a standard for supervising and inspecting the entire construction process of urban water supply projects. This construction standard applies to newly built urban water supply projects. Reconstruction and expansion projects and industrial water supply projects can be implemented in parallel.
