This standard is proposed and administered by the Hebei Light Industry Professional Standardization Technical Committee. This standard is drafted by the Hebei Bicycle Professional Standardization Writing Group. This standard refers to the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS D9451-1983 "Bicycle Bell". This standard specifies the product classification, technical conditions and marking, packaging, storage and transportation of bicycle bells. This standard applies to bells for ordinary, heavy-duty, lightweight and sports bicycles.
