Scope
This standard specifies the sample preparation and gas chromatographic determination methods for the detection of lincomycin and spectinomycin residues in foods of animal origin. This standard is applicable to the quantitative determination of single or multiple residues of lincomycin and spectinomycin in pig kidneys, pig muscles, bovine kidneys, beef muscles, chicken breast muscles, chicken kidneys, eggs, and milk.
