Scope

This part of GB/T 15805 specifies the method for detecting channel catfish virus (CCV) by neutralization test and PCR technique. This part is applicable to the isolation and identification of CCV, the epidemiological investigation, diagnosis and monitoring of channel catfish virus disease, as well as the quarantine of port entry and exit, and domestic cross-regional movement.
