Scope

This part of GB/T 15805 specifies the method for detecting infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus (IHNV) by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). This part applies to the isolation and identification of IHNV, the epidemiological investigation, diagnosis, and epidemic monitoring of IHN, as well as the quarantine of entry and exit at ports and domestic cross-regional movement.
