- This standard specifies prednisolone, prednisone, methylprednisolone, hydrocortisone, beclomethasone, dexamethasone, betamethasone, fludrocortisone acetate and cortisone acetate in feed liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method. This standard is applicable to the determination of 9 glucocorticoids individually or in mixtures in compound feeds, concentrated feeds and premixed feeds. The minimum detection limit of this standard is 2 μg/kg, and the minimum limit of quantification is 5 μg/kg.
