Scope
This standard specifies prednisolone, prednisone, methylprednisolone, hydrocortisone, beclomethasone, dexamethasone, betamethasone, fludrocortisone acetate and cortisone acetate in animal urine. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for determination of pine. This standard is applicable to the determination of 9 glucocorticoids individually or in mixtures in animal urine. The lowest detection limit of this standard is 0.5 μg/L, and the lowest limit of quantitation is 1.0 μg/L.
