This method specifies the determination method for the composition of fifteen rare earth element oxides in mixed rare earth oxides of ionic rare earth ores. Method 1 X-ray fluorescence spectrometry: This method is suitable for the determination of the proportion of fifteen rare earth element oxides in ionic rare earth ore mixed rare earth oxides (TREO ≥ 80%). The measurement range (mass fraction) is 20.20% to 99.00%. Method 2: Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry Measurement range: (mass fraction): 0.20% to 80.00%.
