- Scope
- This standard specifies the use of high-performance liquid chromatography for the determination of five glucocorticoids in compound feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of prednisone, cortisone acetate, methylprednisolone, beclomethasone, and fludrocortisone in compound feeds. The lowest detection limit of the method: 0.5 mg/kg for prednisolone and methylprednisolone; 1.0 mg/kg for cortisone acetate, beclomethasone, and fludrocortisone.
