- Scope
- The waist of the trouser shall be finished with elastic. The leg openings may be finished with or without elastic. The elastic at the openings shall be attached with a seam or the elastic may be encased in heat sealed tunnels. The joining seams shall be heat sealed (non-embossed) to finish on the inside of the garment.
