This specification covers requirements for one type
of brushless generator with integral voltage regulator and
filtering for use with a 28-volt, direct current (Vdc),
vehicular electrical system to supply power to communication
equipment installed in military vehicles. Hereinafter,
throughout this specification, the voltage regulator and
generator shall be referred to collectively as generator.
