This specification defines a trailer mounted reverse osmosis
water purification unit hereinafter referred to as "ROWPU", having a water
production rate(see 6.7.d). of 60,000 gallons per day(GPD) with minimum
average flow rate of 3,000 gallons per hour(GPH) when processing
fresh/brackish water and 40,000 GPD with a minimum of 2,000 GPH when
