Scope

This standard specifies the sample preparation and detection methods for enzyme-linked immunoassay detection of furazolidone residue marker 3-amino-2-oxazol-idnone (AOZ) in edible animal tissues. This standard is applicable to the determination of 3-amino-2-oxazolidinone residues in pig muscle, pig liver, chicken muscle, chicken liver and fish meat.
