Scope

This standard specifies sample preparation and HPLC determination methods for the detection of danofloxacin, enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin and sarafloxacin drug residues in animal foods. This standard is applicable to the detection of danofloxacin, enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin and sarafloxacin drug residues in pig muscle, fat, liver and kidney, and chicken liver and kidney tissue.
