Scope

This standard specifies the sample preparation and post-column derivatization high-performance liquid chromatographic determination methods for the detection of aminoglycoside antibiotic residues in milk. This standard is applicable to the detection of single or multiple residues of kanamycin, apramycin, neomycin, and gentamicin in milk.
