Scope
This standard specifies a method for the determination of ractopamine residues in foods of animal origin using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of ractopamine residues in pig muscle, pig liver and pig kidney. The linear range of this standard method is 0.005 mg/L ~ 0.5 mg/L. The detection limit of this standard method in pig muscle, pig liver and pig kidney is 0.002mg/kg.
