Scope

This standard specifies the sample preparation and HPLC determination methods for the detection of tetracycline residues in edible tissues of pigs and chickens. This standard is applicable to the detection of tetracycline, oxytetracycline, chlortetracycline, and doxycycline residues in pig muscles, livers, kidneys, chicken muscles, and liver tissues.
