This standard describes the procedure that must be followed to carry out the water resistance test of the dry films of bituminous emulsions, which are used as a primer, preparation of surfaces for waterproofing or as an auxiliary component for waterproofing coatings in the construction. Sampling will be carried out in accordance with the UNE 104-281/3.1 standard.
