The purpose of this standard is to indicate the main characteristics and set the maximum limits of tolerable impurities for ammonium acetate for use as a reagent in chemical analysis. Likewise, the method for determining the CH3COONH1 content and the tests for determining impurities are described, the limits of which are set.
