This standard describes the procedure that must be followed for the determination of the non-volatile matter of bituminous emulsions, which are used as a primer, preparation of surfaces for waterproofing or as an auxiliary component for waterproofing coatings in construction. Sampling will be carried out in accordance with the UNE 104-281/3-1 standard.
