This standard is intended to provide general guidelines for the determination by gas chromatography of the qualitative and quantitative composition of a mixture of methyl esters of fatty acids. The methyl esters of fatty acids will be obtained according to the UNE 84-063 standard. The method is not applicable to polymerized fatty acids.
