This standard establishes safety rules for the construction, use, handling and maintenance of self-propelled handling trucks. The term "self-propelled handling trucks" applies to motor vehicles used to carry, push, drag, lift or stack different types of cargo, as described in Chapter 3. The term "must" must be understood as an obligation and the term "should" as a recommendation.
