The purpose of this standard is to establish the general characteristics that packaging for dangerous goods of class 2, gases, must meet. It also refers to the general conditions of stowage, separation of other substances and fire fighting. Sheet 2 of this standard includes a table of substances included in class 2, with the particular requirements that affect each substance.
