Scope
This standard describes a method for determining the peroxide value of anhydrous milk fat. The method is applicable to anhydrous milk fat having a peroxide value not exceeding 1.0. NOTE — In the context of the standard, the expression "anhydrous milk fat" is a general designation for the products defined in the UNE 34-892 standard.
