The purpose of this standard is to indicate the method to be used to* determine the fat of re-fatted products used in the manufacture of compound feed, in dairy replacers and in rations with a predominance or dairy base. This technique is appropriate for refatted dairy products containing alfalfa or other plant fiber denaturants.
