1.1 This standard specifies classes, dimensions and tolerances, conductor material and coating, requirements, packing, mark and label, sampling and criteria for conformity, and tests for polyurethane enamelled round copper wires which are utilized for coiling to generate magnetic field in electrical activities.
1.2 This standard applies specifically to polyurethane enamelled round copper wires having operating temperature not exceeding 120°C.
