Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) confirmation and detection method for the residues of nine sulfonamide drugs in milk. This standard is applicable to the determination of sulfa drug residues in fresh milk, pasteurized milk, and ultra-high temperature instant sterilized milk. The detection limit of this standard method is 0.2μg/L-5μg/L, and the quantitation limit is 10μg/L.
