Scope

This standard specifies the sample preparation and high-performance liquid chromatography determination methods for the detection of single or mixture residues of abamectin drugs (avermectin, ivermectin, doramectin) in foods of animal origin. This standard is applicable to the detection of single or mixture residues of abamectin drugs (avermectin, ivermectin, doramectin) in muscles, livers, kidneys, and adipose tissues of pigs and chickens.
