Scope

This standard specifies the corresponding metabolites AOZ (3-amino-2-oxazolidone, 3-amino-2-oxazolidone), AMOZ (5-morpholinomethyl) in foods of animal origin, including furazolidone, furaldone, nitrofurantoin and nitrofurazone individually or in mixtures. -3-amino-2-oxazolidone, 5-methylmorpholino-3-amino-2-oxazolidinone), AHD (1-aminohydantoin, 1-aminohydantoin) and SEM (semicarbazide, semicarbazide) Sample preparation for residue detection and determination method by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the detection of AOZ, AMOZ, AHD and SEM residues of the corresponding metabolites of furazolidone, furazolidone, nitrofurantoin and nitrofurazone individually or in mixtures in animal-derived foods.
