Scope
This standard specifies sample preparation and high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry determination methods for the confirmation and detection of chloramphenicol residues in foods of animal origin. This standard is applicable to the detection of chloramphenicol residues in pig, chicken liver, muscle, fish and shrimp tissues.
