Scope

This part specifies the test materials, test equipment, instruments or devices and their requirements, samples, test conditions, test procedures and test results for the test of the velocity and energy loss rate of the warhead in the simulated target. This part does not apply to the velocity and energy loss rate tests of pistols, rifles, and machine gun ordinary bullets in the human muscle simulation target.
