Scope

This part specifies the test materials, test equipment, instruments or devices and their requirements, samples, test conditions, test procedures and test results for the test of the firmness of the paint layer of painted steel shell casings. This part is applicable to the bond firmness test between the paint layer of the painted steel shell casing and the base metal of the shell casing.
